Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and issue receipts accurately.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer.
- Assist customers with basic product and pricing queries.
- Follow company policies for returns, exchanges, and discounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Commerce background is an advantage).
- Experience as a cashier or in retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
