About the Job
The Senior Training Executive will play an important role in strengthening the company’s Learning & Development function.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating training content, developing and maintaining SOPs, conducting employee training sessions, and working with different departments to improve employee knowledge, skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development
- Design and develop engaging training programs for employees across different functions.
- Conduct onboarding, process, functional and behavioral training sessions.
- Deliver interactive and effective training sessions.
- Identify employee training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Continuously improve training methods based on business requirements and participant feedback.
Training Content & Documentation
- Create training presentations and learning materials.
- Prepare training manuals and process documents.
- Develop assessments and evaluation materials.
- Create, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with current business processes.
- Maintain proper learning and training documentation.
Training Effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback.
- Track employee learning and performance metrics.
- Identify areas where additional training may be required.
- Recommend improvements to training programs and learning materials.
Training Administration
- Maintain training calendars.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Prepare training-related MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are conducted on schedule.
- Manage multiple training programs and activities simultaneously.
