About the Job
The selected candidate will act as the on-ground operational backbone for a large-scale digital-platform training programme in Rajasthan’s power-distribution sector.
The role involves managing multiple locations, solving field-level issues, coordinating logistics, maintaining delivery quality, and working closely with senior officers, trainers, field teams, and local vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Visit and coordinate across active training sites.
- Resolve venue, staffing, logistics, connectivity, and other field-level issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of training activities.
- Take immediate action when operational problems arise.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with senior officers and field staff.
- Act as a bridge between the company team and frontline teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local teams and programme representatives.
Local Logistics
- Arrange training venues and ensure they are ready.
- Coordinate meals, refreshments, stationery, and other requirements.
- Arrange laptops, projectors, internet dongles, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
Quality & Reporting
- Conduct sample audits of assessment scoring.
- Monitor quality and consistency across different locations.
- Collect ground-level information and update MIS.
- Report operational issues and improvements to the relevant teams.
Technical & Training Support
- Understand technical/electrical training content.
- Provide support related to the digital training platform.
- Assist trainers when required.
- Support field teams with technical and operational requirements.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate trainers, field support staff, and local champions.
- Ensure teams have the resources required for smooth delivery.
- Monitor field activities and resolve operational challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should ideally have:
- 15+ years of experience in site/field engineering or project delivery.
- Experience in the power, infrastructure, utility, or engineering sector is preferred.
- Strong experience working across Rajasthan.
- Diploma in ITI/Engineering or a Graduate qualification.
- Strong knowledge of local Rajasthan operations and networks.
- Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Ability to coordinate with senior officers as well as frontline staff.
- Willingness to travel continuously across Rajasthan.
