- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Submit quality candidate profiles within deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
