Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
- Explain product features, gemstones, craftsmanship, certifications, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Maintain customer records for future follow-ups.
- Assist customers with after-sales service and post-purchase support.
- Coordinate private jewellery previews and special exhibitions.
- Support showroom merchandising and product display.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Participate in exhibition sales and promotional events whenever required.
- Work closely with the management team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A Graduate degree (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium sales.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, CRM, or billing software.
- Fluency in Hindi and Basic English.
