Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the front desk professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting room schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support administrative documentation and office operations.
- Assist the HR and Administration team with onboarding and event coordination.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean reception area.
Eligibility Criteria
- High School Diploma or higher qualification.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Office Management is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and office software.
- Professional appearance with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
